LEVVA PRO SERVICE LTD provides independent appliance repair services across London and surrounding areas.
Booking a Service
Customers can book a repair service by phone, email, or through our website contact form.
Diagnostic Visit
In many cases, a diagnostic visit may be required to identify the appliance fault before a repair can be completed. After diagnosis, a repair quotation will be provided.
Repair Work
Repairs are carried out by experienced engineers using suitable replacement genuine parts. The warranty for the spare parts is six months. We may ask customers to pay for the parts in advance.
Service Charges
Service charges may apply for diagnostic visits or call-outs. The total repair cost depends on the appliance type, make and the brand, the nature of the fault, and any parts required.
We charge 150.00 pounds plus Vat for the first 30 minutes to diagnose the fault. This charge is only for small appliances like small coffee machines or free standing small appliances.The call out charge for all integrated appliances is 196.00 for the first 30 minutes plus Vat.The diagnostic charge and labour for some brands and makes is different, please contact us for more information.
For Miele and Gaggenau repair charges please contact us. If your appliances are on dificult access we may apply extra charges. If your appliances is under warranty please contact your supplier first. We may charge you for parking and Congestion Zone in Central London.
Appointments
Customers are expected to provide accurate information about the appliance fault and ensure access to the appliance at the agreed appointment time.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible but at least 6 hours before.
We may apply an extra charge if the engineer arrives and find no access or nobody at the property to get in access or customer delays more than 30 minutes.
