Service Policy

LEVVA PRO SERVICE LTD provides independent appliance repair services across London and surrounding areas. We specialise in the diagnosis, servicing, and repair of domestic appliances outside of the manufacturer’s warranty period. 

Booking a Service 

Customers can book a repair service by phone, email, or through our website contact form. By booking a service, the customer agrees to this Service Policy and our Terms. 

Diagnostic Visit 

In many cases, a diagnostic visit is required to identify the fault before a repair can be completed. Following diagnosis, a repair quotation will be provided. 

Repair Work 

Repairs are carried out by experienced engineers using suitable replacement parts. 

We aim to complete repairs on the first visit where possible. In some cases, parts may need to be ordered, and we may request advance payment before proceeding. 

Service Charges 

Service charges may apply for diagnostic visits, labour, and call-outs. The total cost depends on the appliance type, brand, and nature of the fault. 

Standard Rates: 

  • Small appliances (e.g. coffee machines): £150.00 + VAT per hour 
  • Integrated appliances: £196.00 + VAT per hour 

Specialist Appliances 

  • Integrated dishwashers (Miele, Gaggenau, Bosch, Neff, Siemens): £240.00 + VAT (up to 90 minutes labour) 
  • Bosch / Neff / Siemens ovens: £196.00 + VAT per hour 
  • Bosch / Neff / Siemens combi microwave ovens: £220.00 + VAT per hour 
  • Gaggenau / Miele integrated ovens: £240.00 + VAT per hour 
  • Sub-Zero ovens: £350.00 + VAT per hour 

Miele & Gaggenau Refrigeration Service (Fridges, Freezers, Wine Coolers):
We provide professional servicing and inspection for Miele and Gaggenau refrigeration appliances, including fridges, freezers, and wine coolers.
The service charge is £386.00 + VAT per appliance, which includes up to 90 minutes of labour. Spare parts are not included. 

Additional Costs 

Additional costs may apply for: 

  • Difficult or restricted access 
  • Appliances installed in confined spaces 
  • Central London ULEZ, Congestion Charge, and parking 
  • Extended labour time beyond the included period 
  • Locations outside our standard service radius (M25 area):
    An additional charge of £30.00 + VAT may apply for properties located outside the M25.
    If the customer’s address is outside our regular service area, please contact us for a quotation. The final charge will be determined based on the distance and location.

Minimum Labour Charge 

A minimum 1-hour labour charge applies to all visits, regardless of the actual time spent on site. This covers travel, diagnostics, and engineer availability. 

Charges Per Appliance 

All charges apply per appliance (per unit). If multiple appliances are serviced, each unit will be charged separately. 

Quotes and Customer Approval 

Repair quotations are provided after diagnosis. Approval given verbally, by phone, SMS, or email constitutes acceptance of the quotation and agreement to proceed. 

If no response is received within 14 days, the quotation may be withdrawn. 

Parts Policy 

All spare parts supplied are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless confirmed faulty by the manufacturer. 

Ownership of parts remains with LEVVA PRO SERVICE LTD until full payment has been received. 

Warranty 

  • Labour warranty: 6 months 
  • Spare parts supplied and installed by us: 12 months 

Warranty may be void if: 

  • Recommended repairs or parts are declined 
  • The appliance is misused, damaged, or altered 
  • Third-party repairs are carried out after our service 

Payment Terms 

All invoices must be paid within 14 working days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Engineer attendance, diagnostics, and call-out charges are payable even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair. 

Non-Payment Policy 

LEVVA PRO SERVICE LTD reserves the right to: 

  • Charge interest on overdue payments 
  • Recover debt collection costs 
  • Suspend or refuse further services 

Failure or refusal to pay may result in legal action. 

Emergency Call-Out Service 

  • £360.00 + VAT 
  • Includes up to 2 hours labour 
  • Full prepayment required 

Cancellations made less than 1 hour before arrival may be subject to a £90.00 + VAT charge. 

Appointments and Access 

Customers must ensure safe and timely access to the appliance. If access is not provided or delays exceed 30 minutes, additional charges may apply. 

Cancellation 

Please provide at least 6 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

Independent Service 

LEVVA PRO SERVICE LTD is an independent repair company and is not affiliated with or authorised by any appliance manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. 

Customer Conduct 

We always expect respectful communication. We treat our customers and their property with care and expect the same in return. 

Privacy 

We are committed to protecting customer data and will never share personal information with third parties without consent.
