These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by LEVVA PRO SERVICE LTD.
By contacting us or booking a service, you agree to the following terms.
Services
LEVVA PRO SERVICE LTD provides independent appliance repair services for all Brands domestic appliances including ovens, cookers, washing machines, dishwashers, fridges and other household appliances.
Independent Service
LEVVA PRO SERVICE LTD is an independent appliance repair company and is not affiliated with or authorised by any appliance manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
Estimates and Pricing
Repair costs depend on the appliance type, the nature of the fault, and the parts required. In some cases a diagnostic visit may be required before a full repair quotation can be provided.
Payment
Payment for services is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed.
Payment for the Repair:
We will require immediate payment in full once the repair has been completed. Please notes we have a call out charge which has to be paid onsite to the engineer once he find out the fault of your appliance. If your appliance is very old and parts are not available then you have to pay for our visit and inspection time. In the event of non payment, we shall take such action as we consider appropriate to recover our fees which may include engaging third party debt recovery agents and all costs will be added to the principal sum owing plus interest due in addition to recovery costs levied by the Debt Recovery Agents.
What is not included:
The cost of any parts (if required)
Food loss or spoilage
Appliances which differ from the initial instruction given
The cost of any additional labour for an appliance which is not easily accessible and we have the ability to make it accessible.
Any consequential losses, however incurred.
If we cannot repair your Appliance
On some occasions, we will be unable to fully repair your Appliance and only half the labour charge will become payable
This will be because:
The parts required for the repair are manufacturer discontinued no longer available.
The service engineer deems the appliance irreparable or unsafe.
Parts
Genuine replacement parts used during our repair or compatible alternatives depending on availability The customer will be informed for the replacement parts and the cost in advance.
Liability
LEVVA PRO SERVICE LTD will carry out repairs with reasonable care and professional standards. However, we cannot guarantee the repair of appliances that have multiple faults or significant prior damage.
Cancellation
Customers should notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 6 hours earlier.
Changes to Terms
LEVVA PRO SERVICE LTD reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
